WeBeDb is a software development company. Our primary product is a client management system that has been developed over the last 12 years for the social service non-profit agency, SSMS (Social Service Management System).

SSMS is a comprehensive system that will enable you to manage your clients and provide your agency with the reporting capability that your need for getting the statistics required for grants and other reporting purposes. SSMS reporting can be specialized to your needs by us or through MS Access reports that you can create against the SQL Server database that contains the data.

We sell user licenses to the software and not the source code. A site license is $4,000. This includes all of the modules available.

In 2011, we will be making a version available that will be hosted on our database server. This will allow you to search across different agencies for the same name to help prevent "double dipping." This is something that you will be able to allow or disallow from you agency configuration. This will not be browser based at first. You will need Windows XP or Windows 7 (sorry, there are too many issues with Windows Vista for us to support it) to run the program. But, you will not need to worry about the cost of a server, the server operating system or the SQL Server database software.

So, check back toward the end of the first quarter for this exciting new option. Service with this new option will be priced on a monthly basis based on the number of clients. SO, it will be afforadable for ant size agency.
